1. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

Current Status: LogoLabs is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

2. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations:

  • AI-Generated Logo Previews: Logo images generated by our AI may not have detailed alternative text descriptions. We provide basic descriptions, but the visual nature of logo design limits the completeness of text alternatives.
  • Third-Party Payment Forms: Payment forms provided by Stripe follow Stripe's accessibility standards, which we do not control. Stripe is committed to accessibility, but some elements may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • PDF Documents: Some older PDF documents (such as invoices or brand books) may not be fully accessible. We are working to improve PDF accessibility.
  • Interactive Canvas Elements: Our logo revision interface uses canvas elements for image annotation, which may have limited accessibility for screen reader users.

3. Technologies Used

LogoLabs relies on the following technologies for accessibility:

  • WAI-ARIA (Web Accessibility Initiative - Accessible Rich Internet Applications)

  • JavaScript (Svelte framework)
